  • ANOTHER CHARITY EVENT ORGANIZED BY 14 VIJAYABAHU INFANTRY REGIMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH ITS 15TH ANNIVERSARY

    In parallel to the 15th anniversary of the 14 Battalion the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment, another charity programme was organized by the Army personnel of the 14 Battalion the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment, including Pirith Chanting followed by Alms Giving ( Heel Dana) for the 14 monks of Abesinharamaya Temple, Colombo on 03 and 04 January 2023 at camp premises - Tripoli.

    A total number of 200 saplings, including Jack fruits, Mee and Mahogany were distributed among the Regimental centres and the battalions, which are located within the Army cantonment – Panagoda, on 02 January 2023 at the Security Forces Headquarters premises.
